Covid 19 Procedures

We will be monitoring the situation very closely and regularly reviewing our operating procedures in accordance with the current Government guidance.

Here are some of the most common questions we are being asked about how we will be operating under Covid-19 restrictions.

Where must facemask be worn?

Face masks must now be worn in all indoor spaces, including (but not limited to) toilet blocks, laundry, reception area, bar, swimming pool, etc. Due to it being a legal requirement our team will be enforcing this law.

Are you accepting cash?

We are no longer taking cash. We are only accepting contactless and card payments, we are disinfecting the card maching each time it is used.

Will the facilites be open as usual?
Inline with the latest government guidance not all of our facilities will be open and social distancing measures will be in effect. We will also not be allowing any day visitors on site.

What facilities are open/available?
Below we have outlined what the facilities will be open or closed at this moment in Time. Please check back as information will be updated as soon as it is available.

Amenity Blocks

We will be opening our toilets and showers under a socially distanced format. They are being continuously cleaned on roation between 7am - 9pm.

Pools
The pools are open but need to pre booked. We are allowing 4 pitches in at a time and each pitch will have slot every other day. We will release any available slots each morning on a first come first served basis. The changing rooms will not be open but there will be access to a toilet whilst in the pool.

Bull Pen Bar
Open in a socially distanced format. We have rearranged the tables in the bar to increase the space in-between tables and have increased the number of tables outside. We will require all diners to pre book a table at reception, but you can just turn up for drinks if there is space. Outside tables will be for drinks only and will availble on a first come, first served basis. Time will be called at 9.30pm and everyone must vacate the bar at 10pm.

Takeaway
Take away is ordered from the shop between 5.30 and 8.30pm. You will need to wait for it outside reception.

Games Room
Closed until further notice.

On-site Shop
Open in a socially distanced format. We are allowing 4 people in at a time and no children are allowed in unacompanied. We ask where possible you come in individually rather than as a whole family.

Can I make a group booking?
We will honour exsisting bookings but going forwrds we will accept a maximum of 3 pitches per group booking. We request that you do not go inside of each others accommodation and adhere to our social distancing requirements whilst onsite.

What procedures have you put in place to combat the virus?
We have put the following procedures in place to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff members alike:
We have a fully trained in house cleaning team who have increased their cleaning frequency of high usage areas, using antiviral cleaning solutions.
We have installed handsanitser at all the entrances to our communal area’s, along with signage informing guests, and staff to sanitise their hands before and after entering.

We will be enforcing social distancing measures and anyone found regularly flouting the rules will be asked to leave the site.
