We are Reopening (hopefully)!

We hope you are all keeping well and safe during these difficult times.

We have been busy keeping the site ready for when we can reopen so we thought we would update you with our plans for the year ahead.

We have pencilled in to reopen on the 17th of July and will remain open until the 15th of November. If we are allowed to open before we will but are waiting on government guidance. We have kept all existing bookings live and we are taking provisional bookings by phone or email. Once we have a confirmed opening date and know which facilities we will have open, we will be in contact to confirm the booking with you. We are starting with a 50% occupancy limit and will increase it if we feel we can do so safely.

We are waiting on government guidance about how we will be able to operate but we are currently assuming the following:

  • We will not be able to open any showers but will have some of the toilets and washing up facilities will be available in socially distanced way.

  • The Chemical Disposal Point will be open.

  • The shop and Takeaway will be open in a socially distanced format

  • The bar and swimming pools will be open in a socially distanced format (Subject to government approval for opening by the time the caravan park opens)

  • The fishing lakes will be open

  • The play parks and softplay will remain closed

  • There will not be any horse riding available

Whilst you are staying with us we are asking that you follow the measures we have in place to make sure everyone remains safe. We will be confirming these measures with you before you arrive for your holiday. We are also asking that you respect our local community by following social distancing rules when out and about and avoid making unnecessary trips off site where possible. If you are feeling unwell before you arrive we ask that you do not make the trip to Yeatheridge.

We appreciate that this will mean that some of you will not be able to stay with us which we are truly sorry for but we feel this is the only way we can open whilst keeping everyone staying here as safe as possible. We will be reviewing how we operate at regular intervals so we may be able to resume a more “normal” opening later in the year.

Once we have a confirmed opening date will be in contact to confirm your booking. Our office is open for telephone calls between 1-4pm and 7.30-9pm Monday to Saturday. If you would like to make a booking or have any queries please contact us by phone on 01884 860330 or by email on info@yeatheridge.co.uk

Many thanks and stay safe
