Grass fed Red Ruby Devon beef simply can't be beaten for marbling, texture, flavour and tenderness. The balance of fat and meat is a vital factor in the fantastic flavour. All the beef served in our restaurant is produced here on the farm subject to availability. You can pre-order a meat box before you arrive and collect it from our shop to enjoy while you are on site, or order while you are here to take home with you at the end of your stay (all subject to availability). Orders for our meat boxes need to be placed by Tuesday evening for a Friday/Saturday collection.
