** If additional persons are not here for the duration of the stay they will be charged at the visiting guest rate.
 
Advance booking is advisable to reserve a pitch for BANK HOLIDAYS & SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. Please complete the Booking Form and forward with a deposit 35.00 per wk/part wk. This is not a booking fee and will be deducted from your account, which is to be paid in full on arrival. Cheques, Postal Orders made payable to Yeatheridge Farm Caravan Park. SAE for confirmation of booking.

SUMMER STORAGE

Touring caravans may be parked in our storage area from £2.50 per week, payable on arrival. The storage facility applies to patrons of the site with at least 7 consecutive night's stay, between 3rd June and 2nd September booked with a deposit paid and occupancy taken up, otherwise storage is charged at £6.00 per week. This service operates from EASTER to 30th Sept. Owners are required to report to reception prior to use of their caravan or removal from the Park. 48hrs notice must be given for your caravan to be taken from the storage area and sited for your arrival (after 12 Noon) at the cost of £2.50 per removal either way.

HOLIDAY CARAVANS

All caravans are sited adjacent to the touring park, enjoying the same facilities. They each have their own patio (with table and chairs), and a barbecue. The caravans are well equipped for a family's requirements, which include: Toilet, Shower-room, Colour Television, Full size Fridge, Gas Cooker, Microwave, Gas Fire, Panel Heater in Main Bedroom. Duvets and Pillows are supplied BUT NO LINEN so you will need to bring duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels etc. If there are young children please bring rubber sheets to protect the beds.

2 x Chawleigh 2003 Model 4/6 berth, 96m (32') long x 3.6m (12') wide. 1 Double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, Double bed in the lounge. Travel cot.

1 x Witheridge 2003 Model 6/8 berth, 13.7m (35') long x 3.6m (12') wide. 1 Double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, Double bed in the lounge. Travel cot.

The Club

The "Bull Pen Club" which consists of a licensed bar, family area and a pool table room, has proved to be a gathering place for the whole family to enjoy, meet with old friends and make new ones in a quiet, relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. For those of you who enjoy the freedom and peace of YEATHERIDGE it is the intention of the Hosegood family to see that it is maintained as in the past. Therefore opening and closing hours will again be at their discretion. Club membership is FREE.

HORSE RIDING

Farm & Woodland Rides: £8.50 (Approx. 45 - 50 mins )

Caravan Park Rides: (for ll years of age and under on a lead rein) 2.00 per ride. Riding hats are available but, if so desired, please bring your own. (must be approved safety standard) No bookings taken before arrival on the Park.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. No refunds can be made if visitors depart prior to the end of the booked holiday period or deposit refunded except upon production of a medical certificate. An administrative charge of 5.00 will be made.
   
   
2. ALL PITCHES and CARAVANS MUST BE VACATED by 10.00 am on the day of departure. On your arrival day your pitch may be available before 12 noon. Holiday Caravans 2.00 pm but if not, a parking area is provided for early arrivals and, of course, make use of the toilets and washing facilities of the Park.
   
   
3. HOLIDAY CARAVANS All breakages and losses must be paid for before departure. We reserve the right to re-let, if a caravan is not paid for in full, 1 month prior to occupation and the deposit will be forfeited.
   
   
4. WE RESERVE the right to withdraw any facility at any time without prior notice.
   
   
5. DOGS to be kept on a lead at all times and to be exercised in the dog exercise area only or off the farm.
   
   
6. NO DOGS in the holiday caravans (except The Morchard)
   
   
7. SWIMMING POOL - NO one person, alone allowed in the swimming pools. Children may only swim if accompanied by an adult (not necessarily IN the pool)
   
   
8. FISHING - Upper Lake is for family fishing. Lower Lake strictly for 14 yrs & over. Lower Lake Minimum 81b line. MUST HAVE LANDING NET - NO BARBED HOOKS - NO GROUND BAITING (no need to) - NO KEEP NETS
   
   
9. WE REGRET that we are normally unable to accept parties of teenage boys or girls unless accompanied by parents or by prior arrangement with the Prop.
   
   
10. WE RESERVE the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the stay of any person whose conduct is detrimental to Yeatheridge or to other guests without reimbursement of fees.
    
    
11. THE OWNERS will accept NO liability in respect of damage to any person or the property of any person using Yeatheridge Farm Caravan Park, and facilities, or the Farm, however caused or sustained.
    
    
12. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. This is subject to change if VAT rates increase.
    
    
13. Eurocheques to be made out in sterling. Credit cards incur 3% handling charge .
